Screw Retained Zirconia Bridge

RR Dental Labs – “Bridging Pleasing Aesthetics with Strength & Durability”

Screw Retained Zirconia Bridge is a dental restoration used to replace one or more missing teeth. Zirconia Bridges are made from Zirconium Dioxide which is a “Bio-compatible” material that is light weighted but very strong & durable. Zirconia Bridges seamlessly blend with the surroundings and are aesthetically pleasing as they give a natural appearance to mimic the missing teeth that can be shaded, shaped & sized to match the surrounding teeth. They are patient specific and according to the oral anatomy of the patient, they are custom made digitally, with the help of 3D CAD-CAM that drastically marginalise the risk of error in fitment, shape & design.

Screw Retained Zirconia Bridge consists of a replacement tooth that is secured in place of the missing tooth, with two or more Zirconia crowns on the either side of the replacement tooth to serve as an anchor or support. It is screwed and secured firmly to the implants, which are fixed in the jaw bone in place of the missing teeth root, giving a strong and a durable foundation to the prosthesis. It is highly resistant to scratch, cracks, stains and is strong enough to withstand occlusal forces of Biting & Chewing, which gives the prosthesis a long and durable life.

Screw Retained Zirconia Bridges are widely popular as apart from the above features, they also help in maintaining a good oral hygiene as they can be un-screwed for cleaning and also allow any adjustments or repair if required.
